Untracked Shipping

In an effort to keep our cost low and as accessible as possible we offer an untracked shipping options via stamped letter mail for Canadian and US orders and Standard International Shipping for all other counties. By choosing this shipping method at checkout, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for a re-shipment with tracking. This option is offered as a gesture of trust to help offset international shipping costs, and we appreciate the same level of honesty and respect from our customers.

In cases involving customs delays, we reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned. Depending on your purchase history with us, we may decide to remake or resend your order at no extra charge.

CPTPP Countries 🇬🇧

UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico, Vietnam
