Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return window for products that were designed by and/or resold by The Pink Pooch. This allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Products sold in the Shop and Supplies sections of the website are subject to the 7 day return window.

Damages and Issues:

We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us right away. We’ll assess the situation promptly and work to resolve it for you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All custom made or personalized products ( mainly found on the Design section of the website) are not subject to a refund once they have gone into production.

Exchanges

In limited circumstances exchanges can be made on unopened, unused and uncustomized products. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current one, and after the return is approved, place a new order separately. The Pink Pooch is not responsible for any shipping or duty fees that may occur from an exchange.

International Orders

If your order is returned to us because of unpaid customs duties or refusal to pay import fees, refunds or returns will not be provided. You are responsible for covering shipping expenses and any additional charges, including customs duties and VAT where applicable. We recommend reviewing both our Shipping Policy and your country’s customs regulations before placing an order to ensure you are aware of any potential fees when purchasing from the Canada.

Handmade Disclaimer

All Products are handcrafted using the Siser Juliet and laminated in our studio. The handmade nature of our products may lead to minor imperfections or the occasional speck of lint to be present. They may also differ slightly from the product photo as we are constantly working to improve the accessibility of our products. For optimal adhesion, apply to a smooth, clean surface. Stickers have been tested for outdoor durability. Please note: the adhesive is permanent and may be difficult to remove from textured or fibrous surfaces.

Initiate Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@ThePinkPooch.com. If your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Kindly note that The Pink Pooch is not responsible for return shipping costs.
