The Pink Post | Monthly Mail Club

The Pink Post is for anyone who finds joy in a full mailbox and wants to keep letter mail part of everyday life.

Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully packed envelope of tactile stationery, designed and made in-house by the team at The Pink Pooch. From first sketch to final cut, everything is created in our studio and produced in small batches with care and attention to detail.

Inside, you’ll find a mix of early access favourites and Mail Club exclusives. This includes accessible die cut stickers with easy-peel edges, a glossy sticker sheet, a mini calendar, a postcard-sized art print, a personal letter, and a rotating bonus item. Pieces you can use right away, share with a friend, or save for your next journal or scrapbook spread.

Accessibility is built into every detail. Formats are easy to handle, typography is clear and readable, and materials are chosen to create an experience that feels as good as it looks. Each month also includes featured artwork adapted into accessible formats, with visual descriptions so it can be experienced in more than one way.

Alongside the stationery, you’ll receive a simple community prompt. These are small, thoughtful ways to connect with others through mail or everyday moments. Nothing complicated, just something to return to when you feel like reaching out.

What you’ll receive each month:

How it works:

• Sign up by the 20th of the month to receive the following month’s package.

• Mail Club orders ship separately from regular purchases during the second week of the month using untracked letter mail. Shipping is included, and international subscribers are welcome.

• Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you can pause or cancel at any time. Miss a month? Past packages are available as a one-time purchase for 30 days. After that, early access items may move to the shop and exclusive items are retired.

All that’s left to do is check your mailbox and enjoy something thoughtful, tactile, and made just for you.

Items designed and/or resold The Pink Pooch have a 24-48 hour processing time on business days only.

Customized, Personalized or Wholesale order processing times may vary depending on the size of the order but we aim to finish your order as promptly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Time

🇧🇲 Ontario: 2-3 Days

🇨🇦 Canada: 3-5 Days

🇺🇸 United States: 2-8 Days

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are approximate and based on recent shipping patterns. We cannot promise exact arrival dates, as delays may occur due to customs processing, courier services, or other external factors beyond our control. Please be aware that delivery times may be longer during holiday seasons.

Untracked Shipping

In an effort to keep our cost low and as accessible as possible we offer an untracked shipping options via stamped letter mail for Canadian and US orders and Standard International Shipping for all other counties. By choosing this shipping method at checkout, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for a re-shipment with tracking. This option is offered as a gesture of trust to help offset international shipping costs, and we appreciate the same level of honesty and respect from our customers.

If an order sent via Untracked Shipping does not arrive, please reach out to us at hello@ThePinkPooch.comto discuss your options. In cases involving customs delays, we reserve the right to wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned. Depending on your purchase history with us, we may decide to remake or resend your order at no extra charge.

Important: If multiple orders fail to reach you, you may no longer be eligible for this untracked shipping option on future purchases.

International Duties & Taxes

United States 🇺🇸

Shipping to the U.S. is straightforward, thanks to a high de minimis threshold.

Orders under $800 USD:

These typically clear customs without duties or taxes.

Orders over $800 USD:

Duties may apply based on U.S. Customs regulations. Some states also impose sales tax, which is collected directly by the delivery carrier (e.g., USPS). We recommend checking local tax regulations for more details.

European Union (EU) 🇪🇺

When shipping from Canada to EU countries, orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, and local handling fees.

Orders under €150:

We collect VAT at checkout through the EU Import One Stop Shop (IOSS), which helps streamline customs clearance. While this minimizes delays, some couriers may still charge small processing or brokerage fees.

Orders over €150:

VAT and customs duties will be handled by your country’s customs or postal service upon arrival. If you’d like to prepay these fees for a smoother experience, please contact us before placing your order to arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.

CPTPP Countries 🇬🇧

UK, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Peru, Chile, Brunei, Malaysia, Mexico, Vietnam

As a Canadian business, we benefit from the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), meaning many of our products (such as stickers and bookmarks) qualify for 0% tariffs when shipping to these partner countries.

Important to Note:

Local VAT, GST, or other consumption taxes may still apply (often around 20%).

Your local customs authority may also charge processing or handling fees.

Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Countries 🇦🇪 

Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Orders shipped to GCC countries are subject to import duties and local taxes:

A standard 5% customs duty applies to most goods.

VAT, usually around 5%, may also be charged depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our checkout prices.

Other International Destinations 🌍

For all other countries outside the EU, USA, GCC, or CPTPP regions:

Import duties, VAT, and handling fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend reviewing your country’s import guidelines before placing an order.

Unpaid duties or taxes may result in the package being returned. If this happens, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Care & Use

Storage Guidelines:

Keep items in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. High humidity can lead to warping, fading, or material deterioration. To avoid damage, store flat, especially for stickers, laminates, and bookmarks. Keep magnets at a safe distance from electronic devices, credit cards, and medical implants like pacemakers. Always store products out of reach of children and pets.

Safety Precautions:

• Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts that may pose a choking risk.
• Magnets can disrupt electronic devices and medical equipment.
• Exercise caution with laminated products to avoid cuts from sharp edges.
• Vinyl and plastic components are flammable—keep away from open flames and high heat.
• These products are intended for decorative or practical use only; do not ingest or misuse.

Disposal Recommendations:

Dispose of products responsibly following local waste and recycling guidelines. Where possible, recycle vinyl stickers, laminates, and plastic bookmarks—note that these materials are non-biodegradable. Do not burn vinyl or plastics, as harmful fumes may be released. Magnets should be separated from other materials and disposed of properly.
